Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rallion app, operated by Fanzle BV ("Rallion," "we," "us"), Herengracht 551, 1017 BW Amsterdam, Netherlands. By creating an account or using Rallion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Rallion. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Don't impersonate others or share your account. Notify us at support@fanzle.app if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable Use
When using Rallion, you agree not to:
- Post or send objectionable, hateful, harassing, threatening, or illegal content;
- Harass, bully, or abuse other users;
- Share sexual content involving minors, or any unlawful material;
- Spam, scam, or solicit other users;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Rallion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display your content as needed to operate the service. You are solely responsible for your content. We do not endorse or verify user content and may remove anything that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behaviour
Rallion has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and sexual content involving minors are strictly prohibited. We filter content automatically, let every user report and block others, and review reports — typically within 24 hours — removing violating content and banning abusive users. If you encounter objectionable content or behaviour, report it in-app (tap a message or member to report) or contact us, and we will act promptly.
6. Matching and Communications
Rallion connects sports fans based on shared interests. We do not guarantee matches or control communications between users. You are responsible for your interactions and should exercise caution when sharing personal information.
7. Intellectual Property
All Rallion content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rallion or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rallion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rallion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or to protect the safety of the community. You may delete your account at any time in-app (Settings → Delete Account) or at fanzle.app/delete-account.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new date here and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
